About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM & Retail Integration Specialist to join an international Tech company in Barcelona. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who will work closely with our Dynamics CRM and Retail systems, focusing on integrating key retail processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to oversee the full integration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Dynamics CRM and retail system integrations (e.g., point of sale, user identification systems, coupon management, and discount application).
• Provide hands-on technical expertise while maintaining a high-level vision of CRM and retail system workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to implement a loyalty engine for a retail project.
• Ensure smooth integration between systems with direct connected flows.
• Handle user identification, ticket manipulation, and ensure correct discounting processes in retail systems.

Must-Have:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly focused on CRM and retail system integrations.
• Experience with integrating retail systems, including POS, user identification, and discount application.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical tasks with a broader understanding of CRM and retail business needs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with loyalty systems in retail.

• Familiarity with eCommerce and pharma industry solutions.
